Save This Boat!

BEST OFFER SECURES

We don't want to cut her up - she's too good!
Built 1936 by Johnson & Jago

2 1/2 tonner "Dzoh bah"

She is around 18ft stem to stern, usually has a bowsprit fitted.
Generally needs a heap of TLC but she is fundamentally sound.

We know very little of her previous history but she has been in our yard for the last 15 years (as a project). I would surmise that she has spent a large part, if not all her life on the east coast.

She has been abandoned by her owner and we need to dispose of her. Planking and ribs in remarkably good condition pitch pine on oak. She has no sails. The mast is, shall we say, long past its sell by date.

We will accept any reasonable offer (the owner she goes to is more important than what we get). There will be a lifting charge to load her on to transport if required and we will allow a week for the new owner to get things organised.

She will need a lot of work by a true enthusiast so no nautical "tyre kickers" please.

She can be viewed at Shipways Yard, North St, Maldon CM9 5HQ. In the back row against the fence!

Please email any queries that you may have to chandlery at marinestore.co.uk (change the at for @)

This is definitely What You See Is What You Get

ALL OFFERS (BY EMAIL) NEED TO BE IN BY 31st JULY @ 12pm.
